This flap wallet is designed to be elegant and compact while showcasing the beauty of Shinki shell cordovan. It features an interior space sized to hold around 3 credit cards, protected by a folding cover flap. The rear of the wallet has an external quick access card slot for one extra card with a thumb hole in the bottom for extra convenience when removing it.
Shinki shell is dense and carries a beautiful shine. Unlike the other wallets of this set, I left the edges undyed before burnishing to let the natural color of the shell come through. I like the striation that is visible. It is hand stitched with a matching olive polyester thread.
