What is your average turnaround time for bespoke or made-to-order commissions?

On average, 6-8 weeks. I always try to deliver as soon as possible but each order takes its own amount of time. As a rule, I work through my queue in order of when each is received.

How long do wallets usually last?

I design and build every wallet for at least a ten year lifespan. With proper care they should easily exceed that.

I have a special piece of leather I would like to send you for my wallet. Can you use it?

Unless it is a material I am already familiar working with, I usually do not accept this sort of request. But there's always a first time for everything so you're welcome to ask anyway!

Do you offer repair or cleaning services?

I offer cleaning and repair services for everything I make. Common wear points such as thread, edge paint and burnishes can all be touched up or repaired as needed. Just contact me to work out the details.
